Christmas Comic... belated
An exchange between my nephew and myself over Christmas. I was excited as hell to get him such a cool, classic toy. He was not impressed. Later, when I demonstrated how it actually worked, he was converted.

Finished Pages...
for that whole collective consciousness project I've subjected myself to. It now has less to do with the overall idea of the collective consciousness, replaced really by consciousness in general and that whole internal crap that most artists like me like to think about. WHOO HOO!
text will be added someday when I effectively compile some.

Two Great Posts That Post Great Together!
This is pages three, four, and five of my six page comic on the collective consciousness that I'm doing for my 'Futures' class. It's hard to tell here, but the left third of each page will be filled with the supportive texts. So right now it's just crazy psychological goofiness... Not that any text will change that.
(and there is some effects I have to put in)
ok, just to give some insight: page one is kind of a spirit animal point, which transforms into a brick wall structure mirroring the whole 'what is inside of you' thing. leading to a 'mirror self' inside the 'wall' which is shared with neanderthal man (our ingrained biological and sociological history)and a fire as the 'inside flame'. The missing bricks are stand-ins for possible views outside yourself and to some other perspective, method of feeling. Like I said...psychological goofiness. But I like how its coming together.

Old Art: VINCENT
Here is an eight page comic on Vincent Van Gogh that I did over...ELEVEN YEARS AGO
"NO, NO...It can't be. There was no such thing as comics back then."
Pretty fun to look at, I'm not sure if Vincent's visual deterioration was because I was running out of time and rushed myself, or if it was a conscious decision; point a light on the deteriorating nature of his psyche.
