Emblem Test Drive

Played with the "FMH", tried to relieve some of the plainness buy skewing up some angles, and there she be. whats great is that we can put anything in that box, Their heads, their heads plus a guest, single characters (like previously seen with Seth), random images that have nothing to do with the book, and boobies.

Approved by the Comic Code.

Playing with doing the ol' floating heads corner emblem. Brushed out some quickies. Personally I like the "FMH" out of the old Marvel "M". But what do you all think, what should it look like? I like the idea of keeping it Monster Hunter specific, instead of trying to come up with the name of a faux studio that produces only one book: the FMH.

Went ahead and re-inked (of course I would) It fits more consistently with the previous pages, being a little less INK HEAVY. I also took out the dark backgrounds in 1 and 3 so they'd match said pages.

I'm gonna start a program devoted to taking throwaway brush pen drawings and cultivating photoshop gold. WORD indeed.

FMH WEEK - Day Five!

Issue 34: Troll Trio Terror
Ok, there are some obvious mis-steps here, but hell, I tried to fit a day and a halfs work into like six hours. I was going to put Randi, Jason, and Bart in the coveted 'ghosted' position, but I didn't (see first sentence) COP-OUTs AWAY! Anywho, its pretty damn neat though. One for Dave Cockrum. I'm Tired. thanks to Scott for the NEW PRETTY LOGO.

FMH WEEK - Day Four!

Issue 33: Pristine
Well now... Scott will say: "Ok, that looks different". This is a redux of a drawing I did at work. J's proportions are... interesting, and Gordon looks...weird.
But I like it. The car is sweet and the HONK! balloon is classy.
